Septillion Travel Agency

1. PARTIES

This agreement is made between Septillion Travel Agency (“Provider”) and the individual or entity (“Customer”) who purchases tours, boat/private yacht or hourly private guiding services.

2. SUBJECT

This agreement governs the sale, booking, participation, cancellation, and refund terms of tours, yacht/boat tours and hourly private guiding services.

3. BOOKING AND PARTICIPATION

• Customer books via website, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
• The booking is confirmed after full payment.
• Confirmation is sent by email or WhatsApp.
• Customer must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour starts.
• No-show = no refund.

4. PAYMENT AND INVOICE

• Payments are securely processed through Yapı Kredi Virtual POS.
• Prices are VAT-inclusive.
• E-invoice is sent to the provided email address.
• Payments are in Turkish Lira. The provider is not responsible for currency exchange losses.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

5.1 Cancellation by the Customer

• More than 48 hours before the tour: 100% refund
• Less than 48 hours: No refund

Cancellations must be in writing (email or WhatsApp). Refunds (if applicable) are issued within 3 business days.

5.2 Cancellation by the Provider

Possible reasons include:

• Weather conditions
• Technical or safety issues
• Health emergencies
• Not enough participants

In such cases, the Customer may choose:

• A rescheduled tour
• OR a full refund

6. DISCLAIMER

The Provider is not responsible for:

• Personal belongings
• Delays caused by the Customer
• Force majeure (e.g., weather)

7. JURISDICTION

Disputes are governed by Istanbul Anatolian Consumer Courts.

8. EFFECTIVENESS

This agreement takes effect immediately upon purchase. No physical signature is required.
